Our microGRANULE Masterbatches are Additive- and Colour-Masterbatches which also can be produced according to customer request.
microGRANULES have the same thermic and mechanical properties like the typical strand granules. But the balance of surface and volume is clearly higher (approx. 60 times more), means: Much more granular grains are available at the same mass which can be distributed to the processed plastic melt. So especially for Color-Masterbatches there can be a faster and homogeneous coloring of the plastic melt with less addition amount.
MicroGRANULES can be dosed very exactly and is a dust-free alternative to usual powder raw material. Due to this, these Masterbatches can be dosed directly, e. g. to rotomoulding without grinding the raw materials in advance.

Additionally, it is possible for us to offer combined Additive- Masterbatches as
microGRANULES with additives like e. g. pigments, UV-stabilzers, slip and mold release agents, nucleating agents, antistatic, etc. – depending on demand quantities.

The represent ability of these special microGRANULES has to be tested and evaluated in a first trial.

If possible we are using pigments with high light and weather fastness as well as good temperature stability for our Colour-Masterbatches. Furthermore, we take care about different application specific needs like e.g. opacity and food contact.

Combi Masterbatches e.g. additive combinations are also available

Beside of our standard program we also develop individual adjustments depending on required specification and quantity.
