• Modern twin-screw extruders with different screw dimensions in order to represent production lots from 300 kg up to full truck loads, economically.
• Central computer-controlled monitoring of the entire periphery, including gravimetric dosing
• Main dosing system plus 2 side feeders in order to find the “right” point in time for adding the raw materials
• Liquid materials can also be dosed gravimetrically over a separate liquid dosing system
• With help of temperature control system of liquid dosing the flowability of liquid materials can be influenced.
• The use of a spiral conveyor for products with longer cooling time
