Grey-Masterbatches Program
Our Grey-Masterbatches Program contains standard grey-tones partly related to RAL. The building-block system allows to change carrier materials especially for your purpose. It is also possible to formulate attractive combinations of grey colour and additive like antistatic, slip, UV, antioxidant and more to facilitate your dosing efforts.
These Masterbatches find use primary at suppliers for the branches bureau- / office-products, construction- and electronic- industry, furniture industry, packaging industry, or producers of technical parts and housings.
The dosage of the Masterbatches can be realised via hoppers, central automatic mix- and dosing systems or as premix.
Dosage
The amount of addition depends on the application, the wall thickness and the desired colour strength and opacity.Usually the dosage is between 1% and 3%. In some film applications 5% are necessary.

Food contact approval
Mostly all of our Black- and Grey-Masterbatches fulfil the currently valid BfR-recommendation IX with regard to the use in food contact applications. The European directive 2007/19/EC valid from 1st May 2009 is already fulfilled by several of our Black- and Grey-Masterbatches.
